Most of What is in this section comes from our experience in answering your most often asked questions. This sections is set up for you to use as a sort of "what do I do when....? reference. Our hope is that by keeping up to date on this section, our clients will better understand how to handle a variety of situations should they arise.

The major portion of the content in this section is focused on legal issues, but we also regard ourselves as special educators, and often topics in this section will fall more under the category of special education in general
