Revised Americans with Disabilities Act regulations were published in the Federal Register on September 15, 2010. These new rules amend regulations implementing Title II and Title III of the ADA. The revised regulations concern such subjects as: service animals, wheelchairs and other power-driven mobility devices, revised design standards for recretational facilities, ticketing, and more. The new regulations will take effect on March 15, 2011.
